I made a slight change to the website.  The change is that i took off the class assignments off the menu bar.  The change is because we do not need to have that selection to our audience.
 
 
Pg. 84 question 4
1. If a costumer is unsatisfied with the quality of work provided we take that to heart.  Dano's lawn care will then provide an extra treat for the next service.
2. Dano's is a very personal lawn care and takes time to learn the customers names.  If they are dissatisfied with their service, Dano's will lower the price to meet the quality of work that the customer says was given.
3. Service is the top priority for Dano's.  If the customer feels they are being cheated out of a service, we will provide that service for them until the deed is done.
4. If a dissatisfied customer has the something happen again, Dano's will do the yard for free the next time it needs done.
5. Dano's wants the customer to be happy, and if his services do not meet up to standards Dano's will provide you names and numbers of other lawn care companies that will be happy to help out too.

Pg. 94 question 1
1. Dano's would respond to positive feed back from his service at a personal level.  At Dano's every person is royalty.  When a customer says "This yard looks AMAZING" Dano does not just say thank you and leaves. 

Dano's starts a conversation with the customer and tells them how much we apperciate there excitement for our work.  Without the positive feed back from customers Dano's job would be very boring, but with their help we can love our job.  Not because we love what we do (which we do) but because we get to enjoy the excitement with the customers at the end of every service. 
The customers are what makes working for Dano's such a great pleasure.
